I am an MIT graduate, a tenured associate professor, a nerd, a data scientist and passionate about equal pay, access to opportunities and diverse and equitable workplaces. I founded PayAnalytics in 2018 after working on the research and development for a couple of years. I have won numerous awards for my innovation (for example the GWIIN platinum award) and for the social impact of my work (most recently named the National University Woman of the Year). In my capacity as an academic I have published over 20 scientific articles and supported a number of start ups as a scientific advisor.
