Hussam Mansour is the Founder & CEO of WasteHero. He graduated with a Master of Science from Aarhus University and has published various publications on IoT and AI in waste management. Hussam actively works to address environmental challenges within waste management and is part of a closed Danish network for c-levels and ministries advising on the future of sustainable waste management practices. WasteHero is Silicon-Valley backed and is redefining the category of intelligent waste management. The solutions equip cities and waste collectors with digital tools to transform waste management for operational efficiency and reduced carbon emissions, reaching more than 600,000 citizens today. Hussam believes that with the increasing rate of urbanization, there’s never been a more critical time to implement efficient and sustainable waste management.
